Tune. Service. Coat.
Everything we do starts with how you ride and ends with measurement. Revalve dials your suspension to your weight, your style, and the terrain you actually run. Service catches problems before they catch you. Coatings extend the life and the feel of every component that touches the road or the dirt.
For dirt motorcycles, UTVs, and snow machines. New, used, stock, or rebuilt — we work on all of it.
Custom-tuned to how you ride.
A revalve customizes the handling of your suspension to your weight, your riding style, and the terrain you actually run. We modify shim stacks and oil-flow paths, replace springs, and polish every internal moving surface for smoother oil movement.
The result is suspension that responds to your inputs — not the other way around.
Service that protects the build.
Suspension service is recommended every 30–40 hours of ride time. Regular service maintains handling, comfort, and safety — and prevents the kind of expensive failures that come from running tired suspension.
Whether the build is ours or someone else’s, we work on it.
Anodize. Powder. Ceramic.
Specialty surface treatments for fork tubes, shock shafts, and external components. Reduce friction. Extend service life. Finish a build the way it was meant to look.
Available as part of a revalve, alongside a service, or as a standalone job.
